Here we have this Rococo Exquisite Georgian Balcony and Staircase Bannisters in stock at Authentic Reclamation. This item is in good condition with no external damage. Please be aware that one bannister does not have a handrail. Although we don’t know where this set had originally come from, we do know that it is an actual Rococo piece.

Sizing (HWD):
The two L-shaped features of the balcony, visible on the left and right sides of the feature image, were originally divided by newel posts which were not taken out of the original building. These L-shaped features have a 90-degree bend and measure 745mm x 750mm x 400mm. The central curve for the balcony is 745mm x 1500mm x 300mm. The 6 bannisters have a combined length of 8830mm. All bannisters are 745mm high and have a width of 133mm.

We deliver just off the side of the truck, if you need help moving items on site there will be an additional charge, please ask.

We will only send 1 driver, for larger items you will need to supply help on site unless agreed upon before delivery and any charges paid.

If your road has any specific parking, loading, or access requirements it is your responsibility to make us aware of this prior to quoting payment and delivery.
