15th March – Reclaimed Doors in the Spotlight
With the evenings slowly getting lighter, and the end of lockdown is in sight – things are definitely starting to look up. We’re sure you’ll be looking forward to getting outside when you can and making the most of any good weather that’s around the corner.
Whilst our reclamation yard has been open for outdoor viewings only throughout the lockdown period; we are looking forward to fully opening our yard and showroom as soon as we are allowed.
Over the last week, we have had countless reclaimed doors arrive at our yard, all in different shapes, styles, and colours. That’s why we thought we’d pick out a few of our favourites to put in the spotlight this week.
Edwardian 4 Panel Internal Door
This Edwardian 4 Panel door is in fantastic condition and arrived at our yard last week. It would be perfect for an Edwardian period home, particularly if you’re looking to replace any doors that have rotted or need replacing.
As this reclaimed door has been stripped of any paint, it would also make it very easy to paint, and match the style of any other internal doors you already have.

White Reclaimed 4 Beaded Panel Door
This is a lovely white reclaimed 4 beaded panel door, which would look really lovely in a period property. This is slightly thinner than a standard size door, so might work quite well as a small cupboard door.

Half Glazed Stained White Front Door
Here’s a fantastic example of a half-glazed and stained white front door that arrived at our yard last week. What we love about this door is the stained glass sections in the corners of the glass- it’s got a lovely pattern in the centre.
This door might need a new lick of paint, but otherwise, it’s in really good condition!
