Create Perfect Paths and Patios
Reclaimed Indian Sandstone paving makes for a stunning patio or pathway in any garden. Not only are they economical and cheaper to reuse, but they require very little maintenance and are extremely hard wearing.
There is still time this year, with the weather being mild to plan the layout of your garden. So take a look at choices of reclaimed Indian Sandstone that we currently have in stock.
They come in various colours including, greys, creams, browns and greens, and finishes such as riven, tumbled and sawn.
You can distinguish between the three, by their certain characteristics. A riven finish generally has a rustic surface with a hand cut finish. Tumbled has a softer finish with rounded edges which gives it a more time worn appearance. Sawn is generally sawn on all six sides, or sandblasted to give it a contemporary look – it tends to be the most expensive due to the labour that has gone in to processing it.
They also come in various sizes, so you can create a lovely pattern or something a bit more original in your garden. The great thing about these kind of slabs is that when they are wet they aren’t slippy, which makes them perfect for patios and pathways, hence why Indian Sandstone is the most widely used and popular choice for landscaping.
Whether you want to lay some crazy paving, or something a bit more contemporary, Indian Sandstone is very easy to lay which is a great plus when it comes to labour costs. At Authentic Reclamation we have a wide range of different styles and colours available, including:
