How To Update Your Doors
The door is a key part of any room or building. Most homes are designed in a way that draws your eye to the next door. As one of the main focal points, and something you’ll use on a daily basis, your doors should look fabulous. Here’s how to update your doors without having to splash out on a new door entirely.
Add mouldings
One simple and super effective way to add some more detail to your doors is by adding some mouldings to your flat doors.
Mouldings are the pieces of wood that are added onto a flat door to add some depth and character. These can be easily installed with glue or a nail gun.
A fresh coat of paint
A fresh coat of paint can completely transform the look of a room or external of a house. If you have a slightly older door that’s showing some signs of wear or age a fresh coat of paint is an excellent way to cover some of these cracks.
Door Handles
Replacing or updating your door handles is excellent to add some personality to your door. The door handles are going to be used and noticed by everyone that uses that door. You’ll be surprised how much of an enormous difference having a unique or aesthetically pleasing door handle makes.
