Here we have these 6 Inch Pine Re-Sawn Floorboards, currently in stock and displayed in our wood shed at Authentic Reclamation.

Size: Various Lengths x 152mm (6″) wide x 20-22 mm thick

It is important to understand that these boards are machined from old Victorian joists. The joists are typically sourced from Victorian mills in the north of England. In most cases the joists have had floorboards nailed to them and you will find grooves in the boards where the nails have been removed. Natural cracks and shakes are also a feature in these reclaimed boards which we think this adds character to what is a reclaimed product and once waxed, stained or varnished to your taste the boards will have the look and character of an original Victorian pine floorboard.

These boards will often come in in a variety of colours. From a yellow/gold colour through to a pink/ pitched pine tinge. We have no control over the colour variation from batch to batch, and if you are matching previously supplied boards we recommend coming to view the boards before finalizing purchase. We are happy to send pictures of current stock if desired.

Please note these imperfections add character and are common place in reclaimed boards. If a perfect finish is what you desire then these boards are not for you and we would recommend purchasing new wood.

If you have any specific requirements i.e. length, colour, or condition there will be a minimum 20% charge added to your order

Occasionally you will find notches in the boards where electrical wires or plumbing pipes have been fed through the original joist. We try and keep these to a minimum, but if they do occur they can easily be cut out with the minimum of waste.

Delivery Information

We aim to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. However, there are a few important details to keep in mind:

• We deliver items just off the side of the truck. If you require additional assistance moving items on-site, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance.
• Our deliveries include one driver. For larger or heavier items, you will need to provide help on-site unless otherwise agreed upon before delivery. Any additional charges for assistance must be settled beforehand.
• If your location has specific parking, loading, or access restrictions, it is your responsibility to inform us before finalizing payment and delivery. This helps us ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
