Authentic Reclamation is based on the Kent and Sussex border, about 10 miles south of Tunbridge Wells and supplies reclaimed building materials to the whole of the South East including Kent, South London, West & East Sussex & Surrey.

We have been sourcing and supplying reclaimed building materials to the building, landscaping and private sectors for more than 20 years.

In this time we have built up a strong relationship with many different suppliers within the UK and across the world. Our yard contains an extensive stock of reclaimed building materials allowing us to supply all your primary building materials for any traditional development project.

Our major product lines are reclaimed bricks, roof tiles, oak beams, wooden flooring, quarry tiles and York stone. However, if it is a period look you are looking for in any building project we can provide all the building materials needed. We also stock original Victorian fireplaces, antique sanitary ware, walling stone, stone steps and coping and cobbles as well as railway sleepers (reclaimed and new), railings and a range of architectural antiques and artifacts.

East Sussex Pine Floorboards

We stock reclaimed pine floorboards in varying sizes.

All boards are de-nailed, stored in the dry and are ready to lay. We also stock floorboards that have been machined out of reclaimed Victorian joists.

These are straight edged and planed and again are ready for laying.

Wooden Flooring East Sussex

We maintain a stock of kiln dried European oak floor boards. These boards are planed and T&G all round to minimise wastage. We also stock random length and width rough sawn oak boards, which are graded into thicknesses and are available continually.
