Here we have a set of seven very majestic Oak Door set, half glazed, from an old Manor House in Kent. These doors are uniquely historic and contain all the old original features, too numerous to mention.

Each door could be divided in to three different panel areas. The uppermost panel is decoratively glazed with leaded frosted glass and is itself divided in to three narrow panels, the timberwork is intricately carved. The middle large arched panel is glazed with frosted leaded panes and has a delicate wrought iron security grill. The top corners of the middle section have a variety of carved flowers and leaves. The lowest panel comprises 4 sub-panels (6 on one wider door), with a variety of beading and pannelling styles as shown in the photos.

The doors have delightful brass push plates and handles, with some doors also having floor or ceiling locks.

It should be noted that the bottom 2 inches or so of each door will need removing or repairing. Also, some of the glass panes are cracked or missing and will need replacing, generally only 1 or maybe 2 panes on some of the doors.

There is one obviously wider door, having 6 panels at the bottom, the rest have 4.

Approx Size (HWD): 99″ x 26-29″ x 2 1/4″ (2510 x 675-750 x 58 mm) Although the doors do vary a bit in size. Precise dimensions will be available in due course.
